Whilst we are interested in taking matters further, I must insist that you sign a temporary Oath of Allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The Special Operations Department of Her Majesty's Foreign and Commonwealth Office handles all matters relating to the UK's national interest both at home and abroad.

Therefore, security and discretion are paramount. In any case, I wish to see that you get exactly what you deserve and swearing an Oath, which will prove your genuine intentions (though I have an idea what these are) and commitment to this cause.

Whilst I appreciate your thoughts regarding the Oath of Allegiance, I must remind you that you approached us with this rather unorthodox approach.

You are potentially dealing with the Royal Family, Dr. Williams. Discrection and confidentiality are assured. But we must insist on the Oath of Allegiance.
