Thank you for your e-mail. Alas, it may now be difficult to complete this transaction in US dollars because of current international financial fluctuations caused by the instability of crude oil prices.
It would probably be quicker to conclude your dealings with Lady Agatha Bristol in Argentinian pesos, Canadian dollars or - if neither of these currencies are acceptable to you - in uncut premium quality diamonds [at present the British government holds a large stock of diamonds confiscated from drug dealers]. However, this latter option will take longer because of intra-governmental bureaucracy so I would recommend choosing one of the currencies.
Once I receive your instructions and details of your bank account, we will transfer an irrevocable international letter of credit in the currency you have selected. This will necessitate a conversion charge of between 3% and 4% by your bank but you may feel it is worth paying this to speed up this business.

I suggest we open dialogue with Chief Um Bongo from Skull Island. He has just contacted me by telephone with a rather wizards scheme to transfer some money out of Skull Island by diplomatic courier.

However, I think you are being rather harsh on Mr Mugabe because he is clearly a busy man and cannot spend all his time on your business with him.
I suggest we give him until the end of the week to give us the e-mail of the security company manager. If he fails to do so I will inform him that we are no longer interested in his proposal. But if he does come up with the required information, I will arrange with him which date would be convenient to travel to Africa and complete this transaction.
Incidentally, would you like to see Dr Emile Makalele, our representative in Southern Africa,whilst we are away ? There is no need for him to know just why you have made the journey but I know he would be delighted to see you again.

Perhaps we are being harsh on Mr. Mugabe.
But actions speak louder than words, old chap. I have not heard hide nor hair or Mugabe and Her Majesty is becoming concerned, especially as Mr. Mugabe initially approached us.
Remember that the Special Operations Department has many other duties to carry out. The Bowden Custard Company Affair is a constant demand on my attention.
However, we will give Mugabe a little more time, as you suggest.
As for Makalele, that would be a splendid idea. We haven't been to the colonies since the unfortunate incident with Dr. Omu.
