Assuming that I can send the money - that manager might still mess things up - the reasoning is this; you have the boxes full of money and gold and diamonds that you can't open. I supply the money to get the box cutter. You open the boxes and lo and behold, the money and gold and diamonds are yours. You make off with them, and I never hear from you again. I have no way of knowing that you'll keep your end of the deal. You see my point, don't you?
It's so much easier if we came to where you were and either opened the boxes ourselves (Jayne is good at that sort of thing) or helped purchase the box cutter; that way it's all done out in the open and everyone wins. I see my share safely stowed away and then the money transfer proper can begin while I write and send your introduction letter.
