RICH LATHER Dear Frank, The reason this is so late in getting to you, I've been trying to get the Davidson boys out of jail. They were arrested Friday afternoon, right after going to their bank. Apparently, when withdrawing the money (about $30,000) from their savings account, the bank manager Dan D. Ruff asked them what they needed the money for?
